Port Authority Police nabbed a driver who allegedly used a gadget to hide his license plate in order to avoid the tolls while he was crossing the George Washington Bridge, according to the New York Post.
The driver, Lequincy Anderson, owed nearly $20,000 in unpaid tolls and fees, the Post reported.
