It’s the question Bachelorette fans around the nation have been asking themselves for weeks, “Are Tyler Cameron and Hannah Brown together or not?” They reignited romance rumors after Brown flew to Florida to be with Cameron when his mom passed away and then poured gasoline on the flames when they decided to quarantine together. Finally, Brown has taken mercy on her fans and given us some insight into what is going on between her and Cameron.
Hannah Brown and Tyler Cameron’s relationship
Cameron and Brown met on Brown’s season of The Bachelorette. Though Brown really liked Cameron, she ended up picking Jed Wyatt in the end. That relationship was short-lived as Brown had to call off the engagement once she found out that Wyatt had a girlfriend the whole time that he was on the show.
“I was immediately attracted to Tyler [Cameron], but I didn’t take it seriously at first,” Brown told People after the season. “I was so scared to get hurt by him. And I didn’t know if he was really ready for [marriage]. Then I started to slowly break down. And [by] the Fantasy Suites, it wrecked me. I felt like I did a disservice because I hadn’t allowed myself that time to be ready to be engaged to Tyler.”
“He was the scary choice, and Jed was more familiar,” she continued. “In that moment, [choosing Jed] felt like the safest, best decision I could make.”
After she ended things with Wyatt, Brown asked Cameron out. The two dated for a bit but it fizzled out once Cameron started spending more time with supermodel Gigi Hadid.
Hannah Brown reconnects with Tyler Cameron
When Cameron’s mom unexpectedly passed away, Brown flew to Florida to be with him. Later, the two began making TikTok videos together with a few friends as they quarantined with one another.
The videos got everyone wondering if the two were back together. Even Bachelor host Chris Harrison was speculating about their relationship.
“I mean, obviously, the timing of it…you know, who knows who you get down into Florida during the quarantine from Alabama, but it didn’t surprise me as much,” he told E! News. “I know, Hannah’s always had a thing for Tyler and she’s always thought highly of him. And I love Hannah. I think she’s great. And I think Tyler is a really good man. And, hey, if they could find happiness during these crazy times then good on them.”
Are Tyler Cameron and Hannah Brown together?
In an Instagram Live on Apr. 14, Brown told fans that she left Florida (and Cameron) to be with her family. She also admitted that she does not have a significant other.
“If you would have asked me a few years ago I would have been like, ‘for sure by 25 I’m married’ and possibly thinking about kids in the next..trying to get pregnant right now probably,” she said. “A lot of my friends have babies and they’re the best moms, but I couldn’t imagine. I mean I could be, like if something happened, absolutely I can be. I’m not ready for that just yet. I’m still trying to figure out my life and how it’s changed. And you have to have a significant other for that. And I don’t.”
So, there you have it. Cameron and Brown are not in a relationship.
