It’s the all-new Kmart gadget that just might have you putting away your kettle for good.
Kmart fans are raving about the store’s Instant Hot Water Dispenser which has just landed on shelves.

The appliance means you can pour yourself a piping hot cup of tea or coffee in seconds, as well as fill a pot with near-boiling water in no time at all.
“Instant hot water dispenser is amazing,” said one fan on the Kmart Mums Australia page. “Goodbye kettle and the waiting.”
Added another: “So in love with this gadget. No more kettles for me.”
The new $79 appliance heats two litres of water in just three to five seconds, up to a temperature of 98 degree celsius.
It has a child-proof lock for safety reasons and pumps out around 6ml of water per second.
Says Kmart: “Featuring child lock and variable capacity options this 2 litre hot water dispenser will ensure that you get instant hot water in no time.”
Many Kmart shoppers say they’ve already placed an order for the new gadget.
“This has got to be a lot better than waiting around for a kettle,” said one.
Added another: “Reminds me of the hot water urns our mums used to have in the 70s, but a lot safer. Getting one.”
